3. The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg

Charles Duhigg is an award-winning New York Times business reporter with a knack for finding and telling a good story. In this book, he explores how habits have shaped the lives of public figures such as Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, civil rights hero Martin Luther King Jr, and Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz.
