Jessica Bowers – Workplace Wellbeing Solutions Lead

1- Morning routine of a quick stretch / mini yoga session (about 5 mins max), stepping outside for a breath of fresh air, and writing my intentions for the day in a journal.

2- Some form of movement – this doesn’t need to be prescriptive exercise, but some way of feeling ‘being’ in my body.

3- Sitting at the dining table for dinner with my partner – no phones.

4- Wind-down routine at the end of the day – no screens the hour prior to bed, cup of chamomile tea, reading in bed, and writing in my journal.

Tanner May – Customer Success Manager

5- Voice noting my best friend back in the UK. Just talking things out alone is super helpful, but getting her reply and staying connected is so important.

6- I need to move or get outside at some point every day.

7- Being an extrovert, social activities top me up. Connecting with family, friends, and colleagues is so important for me. Even better if it can be doing something we enjoy together! Live music is always a win.

8- Listening to music helps me switch off.

Simone Fernandes – Community and Events Manager

9- Weight training at the gym because I love to feel strong and fit (mentally and physically).
