Here are some creative ways to plan for more laughter in your life.

  1. Take daily ‘comedy breaks’ to watch funny videos on YouTube.

  2. Watch funny TV/movies instead of bleak dramas.

  3. Call a friend that always makes you laugh.

  4. Get out old family photo albums (the cringier, the better).

  5. Create a private chat group with friends where you’re only allowed to share funny content you find on the internet.

  7. Make funny faces at the dinner table with your children (dare you not to laugh).
